personally I'm a little shocked Assassins Creed won the Action category when it was up against the likes of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops and Halo Reach and I guess I feel the same about the multiplayer category.  But hey this is just one person's opinion!

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game

This is one of the most anticipated games in our household this year for my wife and son who are huge fans of the Lego games - Batman, Star Wars and Indiana Jones have all been completed. You may already know about the new Lego Star Wars III which is launched later this month so today I wanted to give you an insight into the Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game which graces our consoles this May which is in conjunction with the highly anticipated new film “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”.

Disney Interactive Studios and TT Games are bringing the entertaining, suave yet slightly mad Jack Sparrow and other familiar characters to life in virtual LEGO® adventures. 

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game will be based in the world of the globally successful film franchise, incorporating storylines, locations and characters from the first three films (“Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl,” “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End”) as well as the upcoming fourth film, “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.”
