Lego Ninjago

It certainly seems like the Lego video game franchise has been busy  - with March's launch of Star Wars III: The Clone Wars (which I played last night for a while - blimey it's a busy game) and the May launch of Lego: Pirates of the Caribbean .

Even with these two massive games, they've squeezed in another. Lego Ninjago: The Videogame is scheduled for release for April 15th, available exclusively on the Nintendo DS.


Complementing the LEGO Ninjago toy line it apparently unleashes gamers into a world where heroic ninjas face-off against evil Skeleton forces to restore harmony to the Earth.

Along the way players will encounter powerful LEGO adversaries and master the art of Spinjitzu – a frenetic tornado-like spinning combat technique used to defeat enemies both new and recognisable to the LEGO universe.

No need to purchase the much talked about 3DS for this game simply enjoy it on your standard DS Lite or DSi. 

I'm travelling in April myself so it might be the ideal opportunity for me to check this game out, but for now here's some screen shots.
