Klipsch Announces Sponsorship Deal of UK eSports Organisation Rize Gaming

Klipsch, a leading global speaker and headphone manufacturer has today announced that it has signed a deal to become an official sponsor of  Rize Gaming, a professional eSports organisation in the UK. This new partnership will see the Rize Gaming eSports team wearing the Klipsch KG-200 gaming headphones and branded apparel at many eSports events throughout 2014, with the first being the Copenhagen Games in April.


The wired KG-200 gaming headset will offer the Rize Gaming team a headset that provides superior sound quality for gaming. Equipped with 40-millimeter precision-tuned drivers and four selectable EQ presets (Fidelity, Combat, Stealth and Sport), the headset delivers optimised sound for every game type. Breathable mesh ear-cups that are comfortable for long term wear and easily-accessible controls for controlling EQ, chat volume, game volume and mic monitor, will give the Rize Gaming team and added advantage in the competitions.

The Copenhagen Games will see over 100 eSports teams compete against each other across a variety of game tournaments from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO), Starcraft and League of Legends to Fifa. For Rize Gaming’s CSGO team they will go through several elimination processes until they’re down to the final eight. Making it into the final eight means a cash reward for the team, however they go on to compete for the winning purse of €26,000
