MAKE WAY FOR MINECRAFT MONTH AT GAME
This August, leading videogames retailer, GAME is launching Minecraft Month – a four week long series of in-store events.
With over 140 GAME stores taking part across the UK, Minecraft Month will see the stores hold a host of exicting activities including building challenges, timed building competitions and tournaments.
Having grown from a cult classic to a true cultural phenomenon, Minecraft’s retro, 8-bit style graphics and limitless potential to explore and create in a 3D world has earned the game legion of fans across the UK. This month long series of events is a great way to keep the whole family entertained this summer and whether you’re a Minecraft veteran or taking your first steps into this unique world, there is something for everyone.
Dave Howard, Stores Director at GAME said: “Mincecraft is hugely popular and we know how passionately gamers have embraced the game. Minecraft Month celebrates the nation’s love of the game and will bring the local gaming communities together for some amazing in-store events this summer.”
