FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward benchmark software now available

Brand-new trailer and ULTIMATE FIGHT FINAL FANTASY XIV Video also unveiled

This weekend saw FINAL FANTASY® XIV producer / director, Naoki Yoshida, appear at the Nico Nico Chokaigi 2015 event in Tokyo – which featured an “on-the-road” version of the ‘Letter from the Producer LIVE’ where he discussed the upcoming FINAL FANTASY XIV expansion, Heavensward™.

During the producer letter, Yoshida revealed a brand-new trailer for the Heavenswardbenchmark software that showcase the three new playable jobs, exciting dungeons and new areas, and flying mounts. The Heavensward benchmark software is available now for players to test their PC ahead of release, and to create characters including the brand-new playable race, The Au Ra.

During the show, FINAL FANTASY XIV main scenario writer, Kazutoyo Maehiro, also presented a fun video created in his spare time that features the characters of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn® in an imaginary fighting game style battle.

FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward releases on 23^rd June 2015 and will feature a new story that drops adventurers into the heart of the Dragonsong War, the bloody, thousand-year conflict between the knights of Ishgard and the dragons of Dravania. Adventurers can also look forward to an increased level cap from 50 to 60 on all disciplines, a new playable race, new dungeons and raids, new primal battles, and the introduction of flying mounts that allow players to take to the skies on flying black chocobos®, single-rider airships, dragons and more!

Recently surpassing 4 million adventurers worldwide , FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Rebornis available now on the PlayStation®3 system, PlayStation®4 system and Windows PC.  Mad Max™ Gameplay Overview Trailer

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Avalanche Studios today released the Mad Max™ Gameplay Overview Trailer for the Mad Max™ video game coming this autumn. Set in the post-apocalyptic future, the trailer provides a glimpse into the desperate struggle Max faces after losing it all – his family, his car, his sanity – and the steps he must take to survive in the harsh and desolate Wasteland. For the first time, players get an extended look at the deep car customization, metal grinding vehicular combat, brutal melee combat and a wide range of other activities they can engage in during their quest to build the ultimate survival vehicle, the Magnum Opus, and find solace in the Plains of Silence. All footage in the trailer is in-engine, comprised of actual game play and in-game cinematics.
