WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE? SPECIAL EDITIONS NOW AVAILABLE ON STEAM

Deep Silver and doublesix digital have today announced that Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Special Editions is now available on Steam. During the first week after the launch, from May 18 to May 25, players can purchase the main game of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Special Edtions and all question packs with a special discount of 20%.

The main Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?: Special Editions game features more than 1,200 questions covering all fields of knowledge. In additionto this, the themed packs contain more than 600 questions each, specialising in topics such as music, films, football and sports, as well as world-famous TV shows like South Park and Star Trek: The Original Series. Further game packs will also follow in the future.

The main game and full range of question packs are also available via Steam, where customers can enjoy a discount of 20 percent from May 11, 2012 to May 18, 2012.

In Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Special Editions, contestants participate in the Fastest Finger First round and then scale a mountain of questions in the quest for that elusive virtual million, making tactful use of the three classic lifelines - 50:50, Ask The Audience, and Phone-A-Friend. It’s a social experience, too: up to four friends can compete locally to outdo each other, with each person’s score dependent on their speed.

The Special Edition series has been developed by doublesix digital under license from 2waytraffic International, part of Sony Pictures Television, who own and license the Who Wants to be a Millionaire? format around the world.
