MIND CANDY LAUNCHES NEW GLOBAL AFFILIATE PROGRAM WITH LINKSHARE FOR MOSHI MONSTERSTM BRAND
UK's No. 1 Kids Brand Focuses on Continued Expansion In U.S. Through Affiliate Partnerships
Mind Candy, creators of the massively popular Moshi Monsters kids entertainment brand, today announced its first-ever global affiliate program allowing partners and distributors to earn revenue by promoting and directing consumers to MoshiMonsters.com.

A leading online virtual world for kids,  Moshi Monsters has more than 85 million registered users and is the No. 1 children's brand in the UK* where half of all kids have adopted a pet monster. Powered by LinkShare, the world's largest affiliate network, Mind Candy's new program will not only broaden the Moshi Monsters™ player base, but also will offer affiliate partners a 15 percent starting commission rate for each paid subscription conversion.

In an effort to promote the Moshi Monsters brand and increase subscription sales, Mind Candy is pursuing partnerships with many affiliates, including flash gaming portals, mommy bloggers, loyalty shopping and download sites for cross-promotion opportunities. Upon joining the program to create awareness and drive traffic for MoshiMonsters.com, the affiliate will receive a referral commission directly from LinkShare for new players they introduce to the service who later move on to become a paid subscriber. The affiliate program is global with a focus on affiliates in the United States.

The LinkShare program began with a one-month exclusive partnership with games company Funtomic -- via its flagship games portal  Kizi™ -- in August and early September. In the program's first two weeks, Funtomic drove 1.5 million new players to  MoshiMonsters.com.
