KONAMI UNVEILS NEW TRAILER FOR CASTLEVANIA: LORDS OF SHADOW – MIRROR OF FATE

Highly Anticipated Action Adventure Title Comes to Nintendo 3DS™system March 5th in North America

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today unveiled a new trailer for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate, available on March 5th, 2013, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS™system. The new trailer features Simon Belmont's story.  At age six, Simon's parents were murdered by the forces of Dracula.  Many years later, Simon's yearning for revenge grows deep within his heart and he ventures back to the land of his birth, to seek answers.  He uses an old peice of mirror, given to him by his father, and discovers that his father's ancient battlecross still lies within the walls of Dracula's castle. The trailer foreshadows Simon's quest to avenge his parents' death in an epic, final standoff with Dracula himself.

Developed by Mercury Steam, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate takes place 25 years after the events of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and is a precursor to the highly anticipated and recently announced Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and Windows PC. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate reveals the story of Gabriel Belmont's descendants, Simon and Trevor Belmont, as they battle their own destiny only to discover their true, shocking fate.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate will be available on Nintendo 3DS™ on March 5th, 2013.
